New England Pinball Championship 2025

4 Days. 5 Events. Streaming on Backhand Pinball!

MAIN EVENT

7 Game Hybrid Best Game. There will be a bank of 14 games and you need to put your best 7 scores of the 14 games. Max entries: 56

Main Bank:

Qualifying:
Friday noon – 10pm
Saturday noon – 10pm

Insignificant ties will be broken by number of 1sts, 2nds, etc. All ties for byes and playoffs will be played on a random game from the Main bank.

Finals:
Sunday @ 10am
Top 24 with 8 getting a bye.
Finals will be 4 games of match play with scoring of 7-5-3-1. The top seed in the group will have choice of game or position for each game. They cannot pick the same game twice throughout the playoffs until all games have been picked.

B Division will be the next 8 players over the IFPA Top 500.

Certified event with projected 250% TGP!
Cash prizes for all finalists.

CLASSICS

Finals:
Saturday @ 5pm
Top 16 make finals.
Format: Top seed will have choice of game or position on 4 classic games. Scoring will be 7-5-3-1. Top two players move on. All finalists will receive prize money.

B Division will be the next 4 players over the IFPA Top 500.

Women’s Saturday Strikes

Saturday @ noon – 4pm
3 strike tournament. Groups of 4 or 3 where the bottom 2 players get a strike. 3 strikes and you are out.

20 Player Limit
Cash and trophies for top 3
$10 tournament fee. Door fee still applies. Women who only want to participate in this tournament will be guaranteed door entrance past our 64 player capacity.

Open Sunday Strikes

Sunday @ noon
For those that don’t make the Main finals or lost in round 1 of playoffs, there will be a 4 strike tournament. Groups of 4 where the bottom 2 get a strike. If it’s a group of 3 only last place gets a strike.

$10 tournament fee. Door fee still applies.
Registration begins on Sunday at 10am.

NEPC Target Matchplay

Monday @ 11am
18 point Target Matchplay. Groups of 4 with 3-2-1-0 scoring or 3-1.5-0 for 3 player groups. Rounds will rotate between fast playing and long playing games. The first 8 players to reach the target will make playoffs. Playoffs will be 3 game match play. Top 2 move onto finals. Finals is another 3 game match play.

$20 tournament fee.  Door fee still applies.

Door Fee:
$25 a day (Sold daily at Port City Pinball if weekend not sold out) or $60 for the weekend (Friday – Monday). Weekend pass guarantees you door entry for Main, Classics, Women’s and Target Matchplay. Last day for refunds: May 15th.
